We believe investing in a camper's spiritual growth starts with godly examples of leadership. What better way to make a life-changing impact than to serve as camp staff or Team Leader? There are a few important details we require all our staff to meet before serving with Rocky Mountain Honors Camp:

• Be a committed follower of Jesus Christ - we don't expect anyone to be perfect, but we do want every staff member to be actively growing in their faith with Jesus.

• Pass a required background check.

• Be faithfully attending a local church.

• Have past or present experience serving in an AWANA Club (preferred but not required).

All Board Members, Staff, and Team Leaders donate their time for the camp experience.
